Responding to Government consultations
I will ensure your views are represented to Govenrment BEFORE any legislation is drafted
Monitoring Scottish Government consultations
I will monitor the Government's legislative programme and advise you of any proposed Bills which may be of interest to you
Stage 1 scrutiny
I will ensure that written evidence is submitted to the relevant Committee in time for consideration of the general principles of the Bill.
If required, I will assist with presentation of oral evidence
Amendments to Bills
I will help with the preparation of amendments and in identifying Committee members or other MSPs to take these forward

By negotiation, dependent on the number of hours of work required

Allow my own views to influence the service I provide for you. If I cannot represent your views fairly, I will not take on the work.
Publicising your views
I will help produce and distribute news releases on your views. I will produce briefings on your position and circulate to MSPs. I will arrange meetings with MSPs where appropriate.
